Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. Should a product arrive damaged, please contact us at pureelegancebykym@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.  Please include your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged piece. Returned product must be in original packaging and must not have been worn.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
